Building All of Packages

Release Procedure

Update source cdoe information

Update the following source information

• ABI/API compatability check
• Run

  make -k abi-check

• Update library version information
• CMakeLists.txt
  • Update package version number
  • Update package version number of referenced LDAS Tools packages
• ChangeLog
  • Update package version number
  • Update date

  • NEWS copy entry from ChangeLog

Update RedHat information

Update config/<pkg>.pc.in

Update debian/changelog with a new entry. The following command can be used to format the date string which appears at the end of the new entry
